“The place is nice and clean, and the staff is very welcoming. We came in to play with a 2.10 year old. I probably had high expectations from this place, but I didn't liked the fact that they charge extra $5 for some in house facilities, such as the train and the carousel tree. Additionally, the music is a bit too loud, and the seats for the waiting parents could be much more accommodating. Lastly, the toys in the toddler area can at least have their batteries changed, as we did pay (a lot) to play there.”

“I bring my kids here often. It has always been a good experience because I can sit at the table and watch them from there. Now I can't watch my kids from the tables, they have placed a bunch of useless toy and candy machines in front of the ball pit, which is where the tables are located, that a parent can't watch their kids in the ball pit, where they spend most of their time. Now parents have to move around the machines to see their kids. Its very frustrating, I wish they would find a better place for these machines or get rid of them all together. It does not benefit customers to have them here. It feels cluttered inside with less space for parents to move around. This was a very poor decision.”

“Nice clean small kids play zone, $20.15 for one kid, 2 adults included. The left side has the obstacle course, slides, ball pool. On the right, there’s open play zone. They have small train ride but it costs $4 per ride per rider. There are lots of sitting space, colorful tables and chairs. They have a some sodas and snacks at the counter for sale. My 5 year old played for half an hour and got bored, since there’s not much variety.”
